1. 30-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, with all included accessories, manuals, packaging, and any supplied components where applicable.
Please include your original order confirmation, invoice, or packing slip when returning an item.
2. Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase.
- In the same condition as received.
- Returned with original packaging where possible.
- Returned with all accessories, chargers, cables, manuals, and supplied components.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
For refurbished, used, opened box, or graded items, the product should be returned in the same condition as supplied, allowing for the condition described at the time of sale.

4. Return Authorisation
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not return any product before receiving return instructions from us.
Where applicable, we may provide a Return Authorisation reference. Please include this reference with your returned item so we can identify and process your return quickly.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning products. PC Customizer is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are normally processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.
7. Non-Refundable or Restricted Items
Certain items may not be eligible for refund or may be subject to reduced refund value, including:
- Items returned outside the 30-day return period.
- Products damaged by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorised repair.
- Items returned with missing accessories, chargers, parts, packaging, or components.

- Items that show signs of damage beyond normal inspection or handling.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please email us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the fault or damage.
Important: Please report damaged or defective items promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once we have reviewed the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution depending on the circumstances and product availability.
9. Refurbished, Used, and Opened Box Products
Some products sold by PC Customizer may be refurbished, used, opened box, or graded stock. The condition of these products will be stated on the product page where applicable.
Cosmetic marks, signs of previous use, or minor wear that are consistent with the product condition described are not considered faults.
If a refurbished or used product develops a functional fault, please contact us under our Warranty Policy or this Returns & Refunds Policy.
10. Data Responsibility
If you are returning a laptop, desktop, storage device, phone, tablet, or any device that may contain personal data, please back up and remove your personal data before returning the item.
PC Customizer is not responsible for loss of files, software, licences, passwords, settings, or personal data during return inspection, repair, replacement, reset, or refurbishment.
11. Exchanges and Replacements
Where available, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. Replacement availability depends on stock levels and the nature of the issue.
If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or alternative resolution.
12. Your Statutory Rights
This Returns & Refunds Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may have legal rights in addition to this policy.
