Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, changes to the delivery address cannot be made. Please ensure your address is correct before finalizing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order with a description and photo of the damage.

Are there any restocking fees?
o, we do not charge restocking fees for returned items given the item returned is;
- Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
