1. Order Cancellation Window
After placing an order, customers have 12 hours to request a cancellation. If the cancellation request is received within this 12-hour period, we will happily process a full refund, provided the order has not already been dispatched.
2. After the 12-Hour Cancellation Period
After the 12-hour cancellation period, your order may already have been processed, prepared, customised, allocated, or put into production. At this stage, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified, except for changes to the shipping address where possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still be able to return the item under our Returns & Refunds Policy, depending on the product type, condition, and reason for return.
3. Shipping Address Changes
We may still be able to correct or update your shipping address before your order is dispatched.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct delivery details.
Important: Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

6. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
We may be unable to cancel an order if:
- The 12-hour cancellation window has passed
- The item has already been dispatched
- The order has been prepared, customised, configured, or put into production
- The product was specially sourced or prepared for your order
